Ronald Atkinson serves as the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Southern California. A proud San Diego, CA native, Ronald’s journey in higher education is rooted in his passion for student development, leadership, and community. He brings more than 15 years of experience advising fraternities and sororities and remains deeply committed to fostering inclusive, values-based fraternity/sorority experiences that empower students to lead with purpose.
Ronald earned his bachelor’s degree from Baker University, where he also played football, was a campus DJ, and joined the noble bond of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. His background as both a student-athlete and fraternity member continues to shape his approach to mentorship, emphasizing integrity, teamwork, and lifelong brotherhood.

Diana joined the FSL team as a graduate student staff in 2020 and rejoined in 2021! Diana’s journey in fraternity and sorority life began in 2017 when she joined Sigma Omega Nu Latina Interest Sorority, Inc. at UC Santa Barbara. Diana earned her Master’s in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the USC Rossier School of Education.
Diana supports council operations, growth, programming, equity work, new member/candidate onboarding and education, risk prevention education & initiatives, Council President Learning Community, & Fraternity & Sorority Honor Societies.
